I made a mistake in my order, can I change it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you have the option to modify your order. To do this, please contact us with your name and order number via our contact form or by e-mail at: bsmodeshay@gmail.com.
My order is a gift, can I have it delivered directly to the person I am giving it to?
Yes, you just have to indicate your contact details in the billing address and the contact details of the person to whom you are gifting the item(s) in the shipping address.
I want to return a product, how do I do it?
You can return the products to us within 14 days from the delivery date and get a refund. For this, we invite you to consult the procedure to follow here .
Has my order been confirmed?
After validation of your order, you automatically receive an order confirmation email. Be careful, this can end up in spam or junk mail, so remember to check them.

Which country do you deliver to?
We deliver to mainland France and Europe.
What are the delivery times ?
Depending on your delivery country and shipping method, delivery times may vary.
- FRANCE: Within 48 hours for Colissimo. Within 3 to 5 days in Mondial Relay.
- BELGIUM: Within 72 hours for Colissimo. Within 5 days in Mondial Relay.
- EUROPE (including Luxembourg): Within 10 days by Colissimo.
Where's my package ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Bees Collection and the carrier (Mondial Relay or Colissimo) with the tracking number.
We invite you to click on this tracking number to follow the delivery status.

How does the gift card work?
The gift card is available for amounts ranging from €20 to €100. There will be no shipping costs on this item as it is sent directly to you by email after validation of your order. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
